Regional Sales Manager

Location: Southwest - Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors best pricing to accomplish highest return in profit. Use sales consulting with reps and distributors to understand the market.
  • Work with regional sales representatives to understand the business environment and meet with the key distributors and contractors
  • Evaluate sales information to ensure the company forecast is achieved
  • Provide quotations to sales agencies and customers for stock, job and long term contracts
  • Monitor market conditions through communication with sales representatives and customers
  • Represent CANTEX at sales conferences and by traveling into each market area and reporting on customer sales calls

Required Knowledge:

  • JD Edwards or similar platforms
  • General knowledge of electrical, industrial construction and housing industry
  • General computing skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • General ability to analyze economic data and create basic sales / product demand forecasts

FACTORY WORKER

Duties: Various Production Line Jobs

Location: Aurora, Ohio Plant

Hours: Varies - Our plant runs around the clock – 12 hour shifts with an average of 42 hours per week (3 days on and 4 days off/4 days on and 3 days off).

Job starts at $20/hour

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform manual labor tasks for manufacturing job at the CANTEX, Aurora, Ohio plant.
  • Ability to learn to use measuring tools
  • Willing to work in semi-controlled temperature environment
  • Willing to work night shift if needed
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Will follow all safety and work rules
  • Able to pass drug screen and physical after job offer
  • Willing to follow instructions from supervisors

PRODUCTION SCHEDULER

Location: Corporate Office, Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary: Develop and maintain production schedules based on inventory control and forecast data.  Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials and resources are available for production.  Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands.  Collaborate across teams to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.  Analyze and generate reports on production performance, including adherence to schedule and inventory  accuracy.  Identify and resolve schedule conflicts or issues that may impact production timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to develop and maintain production schedules using JDE system.
  • Review documents such as production schedules and work orders.
  • Work cross functionally with department leaders or other personnel to assess progress and needed changes.
  • Revise production schedules as needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions in collaboration with management, sales, production or engineering.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing routers and Bill of Materials.
  • Update or modify manufacturing work orders.
  • Research, analyze and correct inventory inaccuracies.
  • Must be able work well within a team dynamic.

Education:

Minimum required:  Associates Degree or equivalent experience.Preferred:  Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business or Related Field

Experience:

Minimum required: 3 years in production scheduling/operations planning in a manufacturing environment

Preferred: 

5 years in production scheduling/operations planning in a manufacturing environment.

Skills: 

Ability to utilize MRP and ERP systems. JDE system preferred. Working knowledge of Inventory Control and Scheduling. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), detail oriented with focus on accuracy. Strong problem-solving, excellent time management & organizational skills. Strong communication skills in both oral and written. Ability to utilize MRP and ERP systems.

PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGER

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Description:

  • Oversee project execution processes, engaging with key contractor project managers, and driving project execution process efficiencies to scale business.
  • Work in close coordination with contractors, as well as the CANTEX operations, finance, and engineering teams.
  • Manage project execution processes, including supervision of key team members, of CANTEX assets and early project development for CANTEX investments.
  • Manage weekly calls with contractors to discuss project progress. Effectively communicate across departments and senior management to ensure projects are on track.
  • Overseeing the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and the project remains financially viable.
  • Continuously review construction contracts for company and counterparty obligations and ensure contracts are complied with throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Hold contractors accountable to project schedules.
  • Track project milestones, diligence deliverables, installation schedules, and project costs through the pre-construction, execution, and commissioning phases. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary. Preparing and presenting regular reports on project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement in future projects. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to enhance project management practices.
  • Track ROI on all completed projects.
  • Oversee processes to manage project funding requests and contractor payments.

Critical Competencies / Experience:

  • The ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple conflicting tasks and changing priorities.
  • Proactive team player comfortable working in a multi-disciplined fast paced team environment.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding complex manufacturing processes and technologies used in their construction.
  • Desire to learn and apply the latest technology in new product development and improvements of current products.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SolidWorks Simulation tools, CFD, or other similar analysis software a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent 5-10 years’ experience) in engineering, project management, or a related field, along with experience in manufacturing and project management leadership.
  • Knowledge of project contracts.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interface with contractors, independent engineering firms and other project stakeholders.
